Rachel Lawmaster-Morris earned her B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana and M.S. in Education from Indiana University.  Her background includes working with nonprofits, event management, and higher education admissions, recruiting, and administration.

Seeking a career change, she joined Espy Services in 2016 and works closely with the USAC RHC, Telecom, and E-rate programs.  As a Lead Government Funding Specialist, she is not only responsible for several clients, but she also maintains several reporting mechanisms, trains new specialists, and assists in overseeing the management of accounts.

In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband, children, and pets.  She enjoys traveling to all parts of the country and has visited 32 states in her quest to visit all 50.  She also delights in reading, architecture, and projects around the house.
