Tony Butz

I grew up in a small farming community surrounded by family and friends. Having lived in both rural and larger communities I learned to appreciate what communities have to offer. I am married with three children, nine grandchildren, and (for right now) three great-grandchildren. My passions are my family, learning, reading, cooking, and traveling. I have spent the majority of my life reading and studying Scripture and became (and still serve as) the Bloomington Indiana Community Bible Study (CBS) Teaching Director in 2017.
Before coming to Espy Services I served as a Special Appointment Assistant Minister within the United Methodist Church, then worked at the greeting card company Sunrise Greetings. At Sunrise Greetings I advanced to overseeing all aspects of the Sales Department. After 21 years in the greeting card industry, I transitioned to rural healthcare as part of the senior management team in a Long Term Care and Rehabilitation facility. This experience taught me the financial pressures that Rural Healthcare facilities face every day.
As Espy Services Sales Team Leader my role allows me to do what I enjoy the most. I meet new people, learn their needs, and help them solve issues. Every morning I wake up thankful that I am blessed in doing the things I love to do.
